We can schedule a free in-home consultation; you can complete an online checklist; or call us to create your estimate over the phone!  

Only moving a few items?  We’ll create a flat-rate estimate so you’re not paying for time you don’t need!  Just need some help loading up your POD or UHaul? We’ll create a customized estimate for that, too!  Want  some help with packing, storage, cleaning, or junk removal?  Move Indy provides ALL these services and offers discounts when you bundle them with your move!

We’ve all been there - you get the estimate, you book the service, and then the final bill comes…SURPRISE! It’s way more than you expected.  Avoid this by asking some important questions up front:

Move Indy strives to provide accurate and easy-to-understand estimates.  Our pricing structure is transparent and straight-forward.  We provide written estimates to every customer, giving them the opportunity to review and ask questions before booking. We cross-check every estimate before beginning the job; any discrepancies are addressed in advance.  Our customers are asked to approve start & stop times for all hourly labor, which eliminates any surprises on the final bill.  All flat-fees are clearly displayed in the estimate and will not change.  We pride ourselves on regularly coming in AT or BELOW our estimates!
