A basic clean takes 2-4 hours to complete (on average).
This assumes a 2,000-3,000 sq ft home.

The BASIC cleaning package includes:
sweeping/vacuuming, mopping, wipe down of the bathroom, and a quick kitchen clean.

DETAILED CLEANING PACKAGE

A popular choice for those properties that need a good scrub!
A detailed clean takes 6-8 hours to complete (on average).
​This assumes a 2,000-3,000 sq ft house.

The DETAILED cleaning package includes:
(everything in the BASIC package) + everything wiped down in all rooms (including trim), all appliances cleaned, all tubs/showers cleaned.
